These are some of the feild notes I have collected so far I still have two more interviews, and one more sit-in class room immersion.

I am finding that students, teachers, and the counillors all believe there is a problem with the pressure that is out on students at the school and the most prevelant problem I see with the tudents is that they ALL feel like they need to complete some sort of resume and be the best because they are told by the school that they are te best and this makes it so that they need to perform at the "best" level

The effect of this is that the students end up feeling super stressed because they feel  like they need to sign up for abunch of AP and extra curricular activities and end up overloading themselves with things they have to do.

I look forward to collaborating with the other students in my group and synthesising my notes with theirs to find a true problem. This idea is totally different than the one I initially had in my mind, and I feel after interviewing that there are more problems than what I can find ust on my own. A problem to me will more than likely be different than a problem of the genereal SAS student body.
